Every Early Girl share features a rotating, curated selection of our super-nutritious, restaurant quality microgreens and herbs. Usually 3-5 varieties of whatever is freshest on the harvest bench that morning. We grow; pea shoots, sunflower shoots, fava tips, micro-broccoli, radish shoots, eye candy brassica blend, smoothie mix, micro-cilantro, edible flowers, kale, herbs, tomatoes,peppers and more. Surprise! On occasion your share will include additional, unexpected treats; herbal tea, whole grain fermented mustard, botanical vinegars and syrups, spice blends, dressings and recipes from the farm.
Subscribers can purchase a random weekly share or secure a renewable four week (monthly) share. At Early Girl everything is grown as organically and ethically as possible, using certified organic seed, and non-GMO Canadian products. Mindful of our impact, all of our packaging is reusable & recyclable.
