Early Girl Urban Farms produces thousands of pounds of premium restaurant quality soil-grown microgreens, herbs, edible flowers and other niche crops every year. With just under half-an acre to tend, we’re committed to providing a consistent & vibrant selection of highly nourishing food ~ seeking quality over quantity with every harvest.

Early Girl subscribers receive the freshest, hand-picked greens from our harvest bench, delivered to their door four times a month. Each box contains a thoughtfully curated selection of seasonal produce and products. Currently we deliver to the Nanaimo area, but we’ve been known to wander further afield, just ask and we'll work it out!
